CEAD IPTV uses a software system called DISE which enables you to create your own in house IPTV channels with the same look and feel as broadcast television.

 
DISE is a simple yet powerful software suite that allows you to create, schedule, deliver and playback rich and engaging content to local and or remote locations.
 
The suite is made up of several components which, depending on your level of requirement, generally includes the Composer, Bridge, Probe and Replay applications.
 
 
Composer is the application where you create (movies) content, it has an easy to use timeline based editing interface which allows you create powerful TV broadcast quality content by mixing multiple videos, text, images, scrolling text, fades, all with movement and transitions. Composer also includes readymade templates, images and backgrounds.
You can also add live RSS news feeds, current weather information and schedule live event information such as live entertainment broadcasts.

Bridge is the application where you decide when and where to display it.
 
Both the composer and the Bridge are located on the Composer PC (local) which is generally located where your designer/content creator live.
 
 
Dise Probe is used together with Dise Replay on the player computer and downloads content prepared by Dise Bridge. It is the ‘playback’ application which runs unattended 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dise Probe enables Dise Replay to focus on providing uninterrupted play back and alerts Replay when new content is ready. Dise Probe also handles some monitoring of software and player hardware.
 
The DISE suite also has additional ‘add on’ software (DISE Complete) which allows you to monitor player hardware and software, from channel planning and sales, content approval to statistics and billing. 
 
 
 
The DISE software system has many advantages over other similar systems: 
 
·         The player PC only pulls the information required and not the whole file therefore saving valuable network space. This is important when changes and updates are taking place as only the changes are sent rather than all the files again. 
·         The content is played back in real-time and all the movies etc are played back in their original resolution.
·         Content playback can be displayed on any screen size or configuration i.e Portrait or Landscaped displays. The system automatically does this once the resolution has been set.
·         Smooth reliable playback
·         Update and send content without interrupting playback
 
·         CEAD TV has several packages that include:
 
1.    Customer purchasing the system and looking after it themselves
2.    Purchasing the system and have CEAD TV contribute content
3.    Or a CEAD TV fully managed system where the purchaser pays a monthly fee and we manage the whole system.
                                                                                                              
CEAD TV provides training and ongoing support of which there are varying options.
Additional products and services include templated movies and other specialised content creation.
